Pruning by hand is slow going, and all that squeezing is usually what ends the session early. The Limber Easy Prune does the squeezing for you. Pull the trigger and the SK5 steel blade glides through branches up to about an inch thick in one clean cut, so you can work through the roses, the fruit trees, and that overgrown corner of the yard without fighting every stem.
What it does for you
- One-squeeze clean cuts. A light pull of the trigger closes the blade for you, so there is no hand force needed, cut after cut.
- Cuts branches up to about 1 inch thick. Roses, hydrangeas, fruit-tree suckers, and most everyday garden growth. It is not made for thick limbs, and we will not pretend it is.
- SK5 steel blade. Hardened high-carbon steel stays sharp season after season and leaves clean, flat cuts that plants recover from quickly.
- Two rechargeable batteries included. Swap in the spare and keep going. Most gardens are finished long before both batteries are.
- Battery level at a glance. The built-in display shows how much charge is left, so it will not quit on you mid-hedge.
- Light, one-hand design. Balanced for one hand, with a safety switch so it only cuts when you mean it to.
How to use it
Charge a battery, click it in, and hold the safety switch to wake it up. Line the blade over the branch, pull the trigger, and the shears make the cut. When the display runs low, swap in the second battery and carry on.
What's in the box
Limber Easy Prune cordless shears, 2 rechargeable batteries, charger, and manual.
A quick note on safety: this is a real cutting tool. Keep your free hand clear of the blade, use the safety switch between cuts, and store it out of reach of children.

What people are saying
Makes quick work of the whole yard
Cuts are clean and quick. I got through my berry bushes, two apple trees, and the plum out back in one afternoon. Never even needed the second battery.
My roses have never been tidier
I used to put off pruning the roses because all that squeezing wore my hands out. With this I just line it up and pull the trigger. The beds were done before lunch.
Bought it for my wife, borrowed it for myself
Very easy to use and surprisingly strong. It goes through inch-thick branches without a fuss. We take turns with it now.
Easier on my grip
My hands always tired out long before the hedge was done. This does the squeezing for me and it is light enough to run one-handed. I can keep up with my own garden again.
Good tool, mind the charge time
Cuts well and the battery display is handy. Charging takes an hour or two, so I keep the spare topped up. For thicker limbs I still reach for the loppers.
The spare battery is a nice touch
One battery got me through the entire front yard with charge to spare. The second one has honestly stayed on the charger most weeks.
Does what it says, within limits
Handles branches up to an inch or so perfectly. Anything much thicker you should not force. Respect that limit and it is a pleasure to use.
Trimming the fruit trees is almost fun now
Clean, flat cuts that the trees recover from quickly. It is light, the trigger takes no effort, and the safety switch gives me peace of mind.
Sharp blade, solid feel
The SK5 blade is genuinely sharp. Cuts come out smooth instead of crushed. The whole tool feels well made, not like a toy.
Won me over
I was nervous about a powered cutter, but it only cuts when you mean it to thanks to the safety switch. I just wish the manual were clearer. It has earned its spot in the shed.
